Diamond Platnumz’s song “Hallelujah” has been featured in the highly anticipated Comedy Film “Coming 2 America” set to drop on March 5, 2021.
Hallelujah, which features Jamaican reggae band Morgan Heritage, is on the movie’s soundtrack album dubbed “Rhythms of Zamunda” which entails a compilation of African songs that inspired the comedy.

The song is part of a 16-song Pan African compilation album that bridges the distance between countries and cultures.
Diamond is the only East African artist on the project which carries other African greats such as Tiwa Savage, Tekno, the late DJ Arafat from Côte d’Ivoire, Prince Kaybee and Msaki of South Africa, and Fally Ipupa, Nasty C, Toofan, among others.

Most remember Hallelujah following its controversial ban by the Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority (TCRA) in 2017 for being immoral. The song then went on to shoot in views following the ban.
