Random woman pays almost half a million for advertisement space on newspaper to praise Raila

A Lady has left Kenyans impressed after paying for an advert on Kenya’s top Newspaper, Daily Nation, to praise opposition leader Raila Odinga.

Going just by the name Lilian, she took to one of the prime pages of the local daily to send a message of gratitude to the NASA leader.

The newspapers advertisement rates range between KSh 250,000 and 500,000.

In the message, Lilian praises Odinga for his “fight for Kenyans” and asks him not to give up his dream of taking Kenyans to Canaan.

“You were mocked and ridiculed…but the truth vindicated you. Thank you for being our voice. Do not tire…we see you. We are with you.” The message read.

The message is reflective of renewed hope from NASA supporters as a whole after the nullification of Uhuru Kenyatta’s win by the Supreme court.

Raila Odinga, in the latest reports, has now said the opposition will not boycott the repeat presidential poll but insisted they will participate only after the electoral commission addresses a raft of demands they have made.
