After his big win, Raila Odinga has come out and named the IEBC officials who he believes are responsible for the discrepancies in the August 8 elections.
According to Raila Odinga, IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba was one of the major players in the discrepancies.
Others in the list include: Miss Njenge Kassait, Prof. Abdi Yakub Guliye and suspended IT director James Muhati.
He was speaking during a press briefing hours after the announcement and demanding that the official should be arrested.
“It is now clear Chiloba, Kassait, Guliye & Muhati were co-conspirators in poll fraud. They should resign,” Raila had said during the presser.
In his latest onslaught, Odinga said the officials should be prosecuted “for the crime they committed against the people of Kenya.”
“IEBC committed criminal act and belong to jail,” he said at the Supreme Court in Nairobi after the judgment.
Chief Justice David Maraga in a ruling agreed together with Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Smokin Wanjala and Isaac Lenaola that the electoral body messed up transmission of poll results.
Kenyans will vote again after 60 days.
