Kenyans wish retired President Moi a happy birthday

Kenyans took to social media to wish retired President Daniel Arap Moi well as he celebrates his 93rd birthday on Saturday.

Moi ruled Kenya for 24 years and handed over to President Mwai Kibaki in 2002. He remains Kenya’s longest serving president.

Those sending goodwill messages to the retired head of state wished him good health as he turned 93 on Saturday.

Mzee Moi has since retired to his Kabarak home where he continues to enjoy his retirement amid reports of failing health.
