Kenyan Comedian Francis Onono Graduates From US Military Academy

Former Churchill show comedian Francis Onono famously known as Brigeddia General has joined the list of Kenyans who successfully joined the US Army after he graduated at Fort Sill Oklahoma in the 1- 31 Bravo Battery, 434th Field Artillery.

Onono broke the news on his social media pages as he encouraged those who have big dreams to keep going since they are achievable.

He further described his achievement as a dream come true serving as a reward for his effort and hard work.

“Put your hands together, let’s celebrate this achievement as a team. A dream that came true,30 years later.

“And to all the young men out there, believe that dreams do come true. It’s just a matter of time. Chase your dreams. Don’t give up no matter what. Rest if you have to, but don’t you stop. Don’t you ever give up,” he stated.

Among those who congratulated him is Churchill Show CEO Daniel Ndambuki who was elated by this accomplishment.

“Congratulations to our very own Brigeddia General on joining the US Army. Back then he had a dream,” he wrote on social media.

Before he joined the army, Onono focused on music and poetry and made an appearance on the Churchill show several times.

His music touches on societal issues affecting common citizens and since he was featured on Churchill show 7 years ago, he has attracted a huge fan base online.

Other than the comedian other Kenyans who shared their success stories after joining  the US army include, Lesa Kilonzo, Sergeant Winnie Adipo & Immanuel Gitamo [who also works for Elon Musk]
