Kenyan artist King Kaka to share stage with Bill Gates in New York


Kenya’s self declared king of Hip Hop King Kaka is expected address revellers and the world at large in  this year’s edition of the ‘Goal Keeper’ event in New York City.

The Goal Keeper is an annual event that was started by Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

The event that is set to take place on the 25-26th of September will be graced by leaders from different spheres ahead of the upcoming UN Nation l Assembly where world leaders are expected to gather and address different issues affecting the world.

The Kaka Empire boss took to his instagram to break the news with great excitement.
“Another win for Kenya. Very excited to speak at this year’s Goalkeeper alongside Trisha Shetty, Ed Sheeran, Bill Gates, Aranya Johar, Melinda Gates, Graca Machel, David Sengel, New York see you his September,” wrote King Kaka.

The event that will be held at the Jazz Lincoln  Centre will begin with recognition of those who contributed to the Global Goals awards with event going down on the 25th in the evening.

That will culminate  with a daytime event on the 26th bringing the second annual Goalkeepers event to the end. The initiative was started to continue with the fight against poverty, diseases and inequality in the world.
