Former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka on Wednesday, November 22 dismissed rumours that his wife had passed on.
Rumours had emerged on social media claiming his wife Pauline had succumbed while receiving treatment at a hospital in Germany where she has been admitted.
The Wiper leader, who has been off the political scene after he traveled to Germany on October 2017, called a vernacular radio station, Mbaitu FM, and confirmed that his wife Pauline is alive but still unwell and receiving treatment.
Makueni Senator Mutala Kilonzo also posted on his twitter page and asked people to stop spreading rumors about the state of Kalonzo Musyoka’s wife.
Fellow NASA leaders Moses Wetangula, Governor Prof. Kivutha Kibwana, and Governor Josphat Nanok paid him a visit a few weeks ago.
“Those circulating rumors of the well-being of Pauline Musyoka should stop. She is well and we should all pray for her quick recovery,” he posted on his twitter page.
For over two years now Kalonzo’s wife, Pauline Musyoka, who was last admitted in Nairobi Hospital, has been in undergoing treatment in Germany. A banker by profession, Pauline has been working with Central Bank and is said to be in a medical leave.
